Past Partnerships

Campo is one of the first non-governmental organizations to establish a partnership with the former Municipal Secretariat of Social Development (SMDS), today called the Municipal Secretariat of Social Assistance (SMAS), an agency of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The partnership lasted close to 10 years. (December 1994/March 2004).

In January of 2003, city-run day care centers became the responsibility of the Municipal Secretariat of Education (SME), with whom a partnership with Campo lasted until June of 2004. This year a relationship with the European Union was concluded; a partnership that for 9 years financed projects for Campo, one of them being the KEG 3 project that supported the creation of the Tinguá Center of Ecology and Citizenship (CEC Tinguá), located in Novo Iguaçu, Baixada Fluminense.
